Course Description:
A mentally healthy and inclusive workplace benefits everyone, improving wellbeing, morale, safety, and care outcomes. This course introduces the principles of fostering a positive workplace culture where psychological health is prioritised. It will help participants recognise common psychosocial hazards, apply preventative actions, and respond appropriately to psychosocial risks. Practical, evidence-informed strategies to support holistic wellbeing and promote inclusivity across teams will also be explored.
