Course Description:
Conflict can we difficult to work through, particularly in a workplace. In this short course, you will learn how to recognise conflict, how to deal with it on a 1:1 basis and when to escalate the issue.
Learning Outcomes:
After completing this course, participants should be able to:
- Define conflict and examine why it occurs.
- Recognise how to deal with conflict on a 1:1 basis.
- Identify when to escalate conflict issues.
