This course follows the fictional experience of a care worker to demonstrate the characteristics of workplace bullying and harassment. Learners will see how the legislation and internal organisational policies and procedures can help to support staff and minimise bullying and harassment in the workplace.

In addition, practical strategies for reducing and responding to bullying and harassment are presented to demonstrate how to promote a healthy and respectful workplace.
